Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of ShutterFlow ("the App"), developed and operated by Pixel Hauz ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using ShutterFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Standard Apple EULA

ShutterFlow is licensed to you under the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at:

The terms of Apple's standard EULA are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's standard EULA, Apple's standard EULA shall govern.

3. Subscription Terms

ShutterFlow offers an optional auto-renewable subscription:

  • Product: ShutterFlow Pro
  • Price: $9.99 per year (USD), or the equivalent in your local currency as displayed at the point of purchase
  • Billing Cycle: Annual, auto-renewing

Payment & Renewal

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same subscription price.

Managing & Cancelling

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on iPhone/iPad, or App Store > Account > Subscriptions on Mac).
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that date.
  • No refunds are provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

4. Pro Features

ShutterFlow Pro unlocks the following features:

  • Unlimited workflow presets
  • One-tap workflow-based ingestion
  • Automatic syncing for offline destinations
  • Checksum verification for file integrity

The free version of ShutterFlow provides full file ingestion capabilities with a limit on the number of saved workflows.

5. Use of the App

ShutterFlow is a file management tool for photographers that copies and moves photos and videos between storage devices. You are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining backups of your files
  • Ensuring you have sufficient storage space on destination devices
  • Verifying the integrity of transferred files

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or damage that may occur during file transfer operations.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PIXEL HAUZ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

ShutterFlow processes files locally on your device. We do not upload, collect, or transmit your photos, videos, or file metadata to any external server.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
